All villas are subject to availability, and may vary according to the guests' dates. All villas used are of equal or higher value than the villa displayed in the photos. Stay must be booked with a Saturday check-in and Friday check-out.
Please note there is a $150 USD security and utility deposit per person. The remaining balance of the utilities will be collected after guests check out. To exceed the recommended/included eight guest accommodations, additional fees will be charged per person by the villa concierge at the time of booking. Accommodating more than the recommended/included eight guests is subject to availability, and at the discretion of the property concierge.
